Well our surgery is tomorrow! Is everybody ready to go. I just called the boarding and my surgery is now at 11:30 instead of 10:30.

I'm debating if I will pack a bag or not I am hoping to only be one night. But, should I be prepaired for a problem??

Looking to hear form others.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

MAY BLESSINGS FOLLOW YOU. YOU WILL DO JUST GREAT DURING SURGERY AND AFTER. YOU SHOULD CONSIDER PACKING VERY LIGHT. THE HOSPITAL THAT I WENT TO PROVIDED ME WITH TOOTHPASTE, TOOTH BRUSH, DEODORANT, SOCKS, MOUTHWASH,GOWN, YA KNOW, THE BASICS. I WORE A LOOSE FITTING SHIRT AND A PAIR OF PANTS THAT WERE LOOSE FITTING AROUND MY WAIST AND A SPORTS BRA. BROUGHT ALONG AN EXTRA PAIR OF UNDERCLOTHES BUT I DID NOT NEED THEM BECAUSE AS SOON AS I GOT TO THE HOSPITAL I DRESSED IN THE HOSPITAL GOWN AND WAS TOLD TO REMOVE ALL OF MY OTHER CLOTHING, SO WHEN I WAS DISCHARGED I JUST PUT BACK ON WHAT I CAME IN. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A HOSPITAL BAG TO PUT MY CLOTHES IN. IN ESSENCE JUST TAKE YOUR PILLOW AND YOURSELF. IF YOU HAVE A SLEEP APNEA MACHINE TAKE THAT ALSO. ANY JEWELRY, MONEY OR ANYTHING OF THAT SORT LEAVE IT AT HOME, IT IS SAFER THERE. NO PROBLEMS EVERYTHING SHOULD GO SMOOTHLY.

WEIGHT: BEFORE PRE-OP DIET=390 DAY AFTER SURGERY=371

I'd pack for a couple of nights. Better to have it with you and not need it than the other way around :)

I'm so ready for tomorrow just packed a little bag because of course I just got my TOM. You always need lip balm. My lips always are dry in the hospital. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.

It's 4am and I thought I would be more nervous. I'm still pretty excited. I'll probably get nervous when I'm all suited up and ready to go in. Again good luck to you.
