sore but well

Hey everybody. Just wanted you all to know that surgery yesterday went well. I couldn't keep my eyes open for any more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time and every time I stood up I thought I would get sick all over the place. Today I'm better though. I was not only standing without feeling sick, but I was up and doing laps too. I'm still in a hell of alot of pain, but it's not as bad as yesterday!

Congratulations!  Each day will get better.  I had surgery Friday and am completely off pain meds (Tylenol included).  Best of luck in your recovery and welcome to the other side!

They switched me on to Tylenol this evening because the pain meds were making me really nauseated. The Tylenol's not doing squat though.... I'm in so much pain right now! I've been walking laps alot and sipping my water and apple juice but it would be great if even the edge of this pain was gone!

Congratulations good to know your ok. Keep walking sipping and resting and you will be on your way. We are here for you keep us informed.

Sorry to hear you're in pain but glad it all went well and that you're able to be up and moving.  Congratulations!!

hello and big congrats! Glad your surgery went well! I just arrived in Utica today. There is 4 patients of Dr G's at this hotel. I am so excited!!!!
