Sugar free Jello and SF cool whip

Not sure if this is ok to post, but I have been making protein popscicles and protein pudding with sugar free jello, and protein powder.  It has been helping me get my protein in, besides tons of shakes.  I use one pkg of SF pudding, 3 scoups of protein powder (whatever flavor you want to go with your choice of pudding) mix and either put into the frig for pudding OR pour into popscicle forms.  The popscicles are yummy and the pudding is great, especially with sugar free cool whip on top.  Today, I found on the Kraft website a printable coupon for $1.00 off when you buy one of each!!  If you print it, and use your back button, then refresh the page you can print TWO.  http://brands.kraftfoods.com/diabetic/main.aspx?s=diabetic&m =main_content

Thanks for the tips!  I will pick up some popcicle forms when I am out and about again and keep the pudding/protein powder idea in mind when I move on to that stage of my diet.

I made lemon pudding ones this week and added vanilla protein powder.  They are yummy.  I hope you enjoy them.  They help me get my protein in.

That is cool, I have a hard time taking in a single serving cup of pudding in one sitting. I will maybe try it then split it up.
