I am....still on the books for the 18th . The insurance comany denied me.  Unless they approve the appeal by tomorrow afternoon I am not getting it on Wed.
                                                                                          

that happened to me. I was originally scheduled for 2/4 and my appeal decision wasn't in so I had to postpone until 2/18. My decision came on 2/6 as approved and so 2/18 is the date, unless I gain weight before then. I am doing the diet as directed but I am still afraid of water weight or something of the such. I will know when I know LOL

I have surgery on the 18th
have you been on heavy protein for the past 2 weeks and do you have to take clear liquids tomorrow and these 3 pills

I have been on the liquid protien diet since Jan 20th!!! And then to get denied a week before is making me nuts. My surgeon's office resent all my info and a few other things to the insurance company this afternoon. They left the same date on it so they HAVE to reply ASAP. I will find out tomorrow afternoon if I get the surgery on Wednesday.....Talk about cutting it close....

Well, it's official. I had my lap band put in on 2/18. Stayed overnight and am home recovering today.

Everything went well from the surgeon's report.  Now, I'm on clear liquids until Monday then get the big jump to full liquids. Woo Hoo. 

Can't change my mind now!!
