I'm allowed V8 Splash Diet.  It is a life saver.  Really good tasting and more feeling.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

I had surgery on the same day as you. Just the opposite for me, I was feeling better in the hospital for the first couple of days post-op. My nausia has increased and become worse each day since Friday. I can't even think of having another protien shake or bowl of jello without my new stomach turning.  I'm not hungry, but would kill for a cracker, like a saltine or something just to get rid of the nausia.

A big hug to you. I am a day ahead of you and it does feel really difficult. I have to say today is a little better with the gas and bloating. Hang in there. Keep walking that will help the gas to move. Tricia

No crackers allowed here.

I think more walking and gas-x?  My surgeon wanted to know if I had ANY nausea when at home, so maybe you should call the office?

no saltines allowed here, i wish! i am only allowed broth, surgar free jello, and water and stuff of that nature, i am dying for a piece of food, i cant even pass a food stop or see food in the store without salivating! this is so awful, im so looking forward to this week when my drain is removed and i am allowed carnation instant breakfast n stuff like that. i feel like im on the pre op diet again craving food! i know things will get better and i am already down 8 lbs so i am staying focused on the long term benefits. good luck to all you!

oh boy I felt the same way !
just walk it out as far as the gases are concerned.

Jello, diet snapple (has no sugar)
crystal light (also no sugar)  Ramen broth
applesauce (organic no sugar)

hope this helps.
