I'm doing great, but this protein is giving me a hard time. How long are you on that breathing machine? How much have you lost since your sugery?

since pre-op i have taken off 23 pounds so I lost 16 before surgery and 7 after sugery. I need to weigh myself on tuesday to see how much I have taken off. My pcp took me off the oxygen yesterday but I need to wait a week to send back the machine. I have my nebulizer and will only use that if I have a bad asthma attack.
What kind of drinks you doing for protein shakes?
