I am also lucky in a way.  I do not have to partake in a mandatory 2 week liquid diet.  The things I have to do are as follows:  (2/7/09) Start a full liquid diet {i.e. pudding very runny mashed potatoes, cream of wheat and stained creamed soups} Skin Prep; shower twice per day, once in the morning and once in the evening, with Dial antibacterial soap. (2/8/09) Clear liquid diet; anything that you can see through. {i.e. weak tea, coffee, sugar-free popsicles, broth, sugar-free Jell-O or clear Juices. Perform bowel prep; Take a dose of Citrate of Magnesia followed by 8-ouces of water around 6pm. Nothing to drink or eat after midnight, the night before.
Best Wishes Everyone....

I do not look forward to bowel prep, still waiting for my instructions on that one.  I have my Dr visit Thursday.

I had to buy a soap at the pharmacy for skin prep.  I hope it does not smell too antiseptic.

This week can't go fast enough...
