Before Surgery
Hello everyone,
My sister had weight loss surgery 2 years ago this month and she looks fabulous she had lap band done. She told me to choose one outfit and each month take a new picture in it on the anniversary date of the surgery. I didn't think of that until she told me so I just wanted to share that with you all. If you didn't think of it I hope you will do it.

It makes a huge difference if the person wears the same clothes. A friend of mine had her surgery a month ago and the her weight loss shows alot more in the pic of her in the same outfit as she had on the night before surgery.
