My Surgery Date is February 16th I am soooo very scared

I'll be joining you on the loser's bench the very next day

More excited than anything else! I don't like the feeling of being forced asleep though..... but it's more than worth it!

Why are you scared? Have you tallked to your surgeon about your fears?

I am only scared cause its surgery but thats it I have done soooo much research I know that it will be okay just scared of surgery

Being a little nervous and scared is normal.  I am a little nervous too because I have severe sleep apnea. I was afraid I would wake up and still be intubated and on a vent, but the surgeon assured me I would not be. You will get through it just fine. I will say a prayer for you.

I have lost a little over 10 pounds. I have been on my pre op diet since 12/28. So I think I am doing well with it. Thanks for asking.

Don't be scared i have not had it yet but have at least 5 people that i know personally that has had sucess with it!! You are going to love the new you!!!! God has not give you the spirit of fear but love, power and a sound mind!
