I'm really, *really* excited but the nerves have started kicking in now that I realized it's only 4 days away! I'm stressed about getting everything I need together, since I'm having surgery out of town and need to leave the day before. You're coming up too, just a couple more weeks!! Congrats!

I am doing the 2 protien shakes per day with 1 meal...I have actually been doing it during week days since November and only eating naughty on the weekends. Now it's time to fully commit!! I had hoped that replacing meals with shakes would make me lose more pre op...but if I could lose weight easily, I would not be having this surgery! We all need to keep each other dedicated thru this 2 weeks of pre op eating!!
