Since my 8 mth weigh in, 2 wks have gone by & I've only lost another 2.5 lbs
I guess mine slowed down at around 6-8 months out. I am still losing about 2-3 lbs here and there, but not like it was in the beginning. The only advice I can give you is keep your protein up and limit your carbs. When I sit down to eat, I eat my meat and veggies first, then IF there is any room I will eat my starches, but I am usually full by then. Also, I found that I wasn't consuming enough calories, which was also slowing down my loss. (I was skipping breakfast). Once I upped my daily intake just a tad, I started losing again. So there's a fine line between eating enough and eating too much. You have to find where your sweet spot is somewhere in between. Also important is getting your daily water.
Another thing to watch out for is slipping back into bad eating habits. Unfortunately, I don't seem to dump on much of anything and almost slipped back into some bad habits, but i nipped that in the bud. I have to eat right if I plan to keep losing and make my goal weight.

Snacks - NUTS i love em!
Babybel cheese
Fruit - Dole makes 20cal no sugar peaches that are awesome!! But really I love any fruit. I have it everyday.
Granola bars - Kashi is a higher calorie one I like, lower calorie is a Curves bar.. (not much for protein but it gets my munchies out)
Night snack is usually a mini bag of 100 cal kettle corn popcorn... I can't get enough of it!!! wierd i know - but im only allowed to have it if I have reached my protein goals that day.
Oh and I always do another protein shake after Im done lifting... Im not sure if its helping but its worth the shot.

Sounds like you guys are doing great!
My LBS have also slowed WAYYYYY down... However I reached my original goal last month. I made it from 260 to 150 in 8 months. I'm pretty tall at 5.8", so I decided to try for another 10lbs... that way If i can maintain there i have those bounceback lbs.
I have upped my cardio to 3.25 miles 5 days a week / along with an upper body weight routine (trying to firm up my batwings)
My sizes have gone from a 20w to an 8 and almost a 6 in some stores.
I have a ton of loose skin on my thighs that I am pretty disgusted with- I keep hoping Ill wake up some morning and it will have vanished. I'm still waiting for that Moment where I look in the mirror and I no longer see a "fat" person. I wonder when that happens to anyone of us????
We have support groups twice a month and I usually hit at least one of them. It really helps to stay on track and keep me motivated. This has been a great / Frusterating / Exciting and any other emotion I can think of Journy....... I am so glad I did it!!!!!
Hopefully other February's will chime it, I love hearing from people that are as far out as we are.
Keep up the great work everyone!

I have been grazing when I am bored and really need to stop that. I am faithful to my workouts three days a week. I just really want to reach my goal and soon.
Breakfast- usually two string cheeses and maybe some granola
snack- usually protein bar or nuts
Lunch- what ever i can find. usually some type of chicken salad, egg salad with crackers. I do also eat soups freguently
snack- another protein bar or nuts
dinner- Wendi chili is a fav, i will get somesort of meat and veggie.
in the evening I like my sugar free hot choc with a few marshmellows
I too have been dipping into not so good stuff and my weight loss has stalled. I had my stomach fixed but I still have to keep working on the brain.
Other than that, I am doing great. I have more energy that I ever hoped to have, my libido is way up (TMI) and I am beginning to feel really good about myself again for the first time in a very long time. (wearing a size 12...a girl at work GAVE me 20 pairs of size 12 pants...WOW...she's tall so they are at the alterations shop being hemmed right now). I have truly been blessed.
