I know how you feel. I am scheduled to see my surgeon in the morning and will be getting my surgery date. I don't have any support at home either. My husband thinks I will leave him when I start losing weight. I have been trying to reassure him that I love him no matter what I look like.....large or small. In the end, I know this decision is right for me. Something has lead you to the point that you decided to do this for you. Don't let anyone tell you differently! In the end, I am confident we will both be happier, healthier, and have the support of those that love us....and no matter what, we will always have support at OH! Best of luck to you!!!!

Hi Lori, I am having the same type of surgery as you on the 25 th. My Dr. is not letting me go back for 2 months. It stinks but I think it depends on the kind of work you do and if your employer will allow light duty. I wish you the best of luck. I will hopefully talk to you again here.
