I am so jealous. I had lost 68 pounds at my 6 months and as of 8 months I am only down 74. I cannot believe how slow the weight loss is going. I weighed 319 at surgery and am down to 245. I have lost a lot in size I went from a 30-32 3X - 4X top and 30T pants to 14-16 top and 11-13 pants.
I am concerned about the amount of food I eat mostly protein three meals a day I have trouble getting enough protein and blame that on the reason iI am so tired all the time. I have no energy. I eat fish mostly - tuna salad - celery, onion, pickle egg and tuna w/low fat mayonaise or Crab with celery and low fat mayonaise. I crave variety, but focus on the protein foods.
Suggestions????
Hey Bonnie,
2 weeks ago I had my 3rd fill & last week had my 1st PB...not nice !! Prior to this last fill I was able to eat anything & didn't matter how much, it all went down, now , not so much. My Dr. reminded me of the rules, only 1/2 - 3/4 of a cup of food & to excersize ( i'm just starting ), so i hope that kicks in the weight loss. I am grateful for not gaining... that's a miracle for me !!!!!
I also thought i had a leak, since i could eat anything, he assured me he pulled out some saline, before he injected, therefore,no leak. So I think we need to just get with the program.
Good luck to you & don't compare your weight loss to everyone, we all lose at different rates !!
Take care,
Jan
I eat the smaller meals also - it was just a thought I wanted to throw out for discussion.

I figured I would more lose weight in my breasts than I have. Before I gained all this weight starting in my early 30's, I was a B cup and now I am down from a DD to a D. I just thought I would lose more up there.
