Your date is fast approaching YEAH!!! I am right there with you. DH is worried that he will have more to do LOL. I too want to get as much done around the house, so I can just focus on getting my protein, water and exercise in.

Well it looks like we all have some liquid diet to follow for either one or two weeks. I have heard it considered "hell week" by some former patients of my surgeron. LOL. I think we all can do it, it just needs to be in our head that this is the last time we will ever need to do anything like this again! I heard the key to make it through is to keep yourself busy. I am sure it is easier said then done.

I have to be on Opti-fast for two weeks prior to surgery... I heard it doesn't taste very good. I can not have anything else just that and a few different drinks.

GOOD LUCK with your surgery, keep me posted on how you are doing...I would love to know the steps you take....to help better prepare myself!!
