My liquid diet pretty much is what you said, protein supps, broth, SF popsciles, SF jello. Right now I am using HMR protein shakes, but will probably switch to EAS Myoplex Lite. I too am trying to stay around 1100-1200 calories, but since my date is not until the end of Feb, I am kind of lax right and going to step it up Feb 1 in prep for surgery. Good Luck.

I have to do clear liquids and the laxitive thing the day before, t get "cleaned out". I am on 800-1000 calories and have been for a month now. I do not have to do liquids for 2 weeks but I am choosing to, so that I can lose a few more pounds and also get in the "liquid" mindset. Can some of you tell me what your liquid diet is like? I bought Slimfast, broth, soups with minor particles, s/f Jello, s/f pudding, milk, and 100% juice. Anything else? Thanks!

I don't post much on the main OH site, I just started posting here b/c we all have something in common, kwim? Yes DH mean "dear husband". My date is Feb. 25 and I can't wait. I have already lost 20lbs and would like to lose another 10-ish by surgery.

My surgery is scheduled for Feb. 12th at Centennial Women's Hospital for the RNY. I'm happy, nervous, excited and shocked all in one. Please pray for me.
