what is your 6 mth loss?
I haven't lost as much weight as I've noticed others have, but loosing 70lbs in 6 mths is impressive enough for me right now. I've gone from a size 22 down to a size 14/16 & have more energy then I have in a long long time. The biggest WOW is my loss in inches:

WoW! It's amazing how you've charted your inches lost. Wish I had done that. I have lost about 83 lbs in six months. I have about two lbs that fluctuate depending on the time of the day. I tend to lose for about 2-3 weeks, then stall for 2-3 weeks. I also went from a size 22W down to a regular size 16, which is now beginning to get lose. I have ZERO winter clothes for the fall/winter and don't know which size I will be wearing to stock up.
I am happy with the amount I have lost so far, but wi**** hadn't slowed down so much. My surgeon said I am losing at the rate I should be for six months out so I reckon I shouldn't be worried.

I am down about 70 pounds. I started at 5'6" and 254(was 260 at the height pre-surgery). I am now somewhere around 186. I went from a size 22/24 to a size 12/14. I have about 30 more pounds to go but honestly I would be happy with the results even if I never lose another pound. I feel so great about how I look and I finally have learned to accept compliments from others. I do, however, sometimes put on my pants and wonder if, in 5 years, I will still be able to fit in them. It just almost seems too good to be true.....like so many of the other things I have tried that worked temporarily. Either way I am loving life.....Is it now time to switch over to the plastic surgery board to perseverate on the parts that now sag :)
I'm new to posting here but thought I'd join in. I started at 273.5 on the day of surgery (2/25) and am down to 181 (-92.5). I'm so happy and have so much more energy than 6 months ago. What a great feeling!!
