10 days post op-am I weird?

First, I feel crappy, not bad, not good...just "off". I get in my liquids, I am getting 50-60 grams of protein but nothing bothers me. I have no gas. I have eaten on bite of pizza (yes, I know, I know) and it didn't bother me. My scale has been stuck on 199 for three days (I am down 12 in all), and no I have never lost 12 pounds in a 10 days before. Any thoughts?

Mary Mary, Do yourself a big favor and weigh yourself once aweek. If we always look at the stupid scale it will never move, sorta like watching ho****er boil, it take ffffffffooooorrrrrreeeeevvvveeeerrr! Be so gratful you don't have the gas thing. I go for my RNY on Wednesday........... Can't wait, I gotta get off of this fat ride!! Blessings Juliegirl

Wow! That's AWESOME that you are feeling so great and are already 12 pounds down! I agree ... probably weighing yourself every day is a no-no Keep up the great work! You are too cool for school! (Sorry ... a little slap happy right now!)

I had my surgery 2-5-08 and have been the same as you. Just like you I don't really feel any diffrent. Not bad, not good. It;s kinda weird huh! I also cheated and had a few bites of pizza (my weakness) and nothing I have felt the exact same. I guess that's good for us! :) Just wanted to let you know that you weren't the only one in that boat! Good Luck to you!

I weighed my self once a month so I could see a more acurate picture of how I am doing you wont do any better worying your self everyday it will only depress you just follow dr's instructions and weight your self 1x a month and take measurements that is a more acurate way. Good luck
