:help: I really need some help from a seasoned Lap Bander...HELP!

I just went to the doctor today for a check up. My regular surgeon is out due to having some knee surgery but his back up gave me a fill. He said my record showed I have a 10cc band in which the first fill they put me to 5cc's. But when he took it out he only got 2cc's. So never the less he puts me up to 6.5cc's and this is only my second fill. On my way back to work I start gagging and end up vomitting up the water I drank at the office. I get back to work, call them and go back in. Now he puts me at 4.5cc's. I can not even get my clear broth down! I am actually feeling a tightness that is very uncomfortable. Is this normal? I have not felt restriction before which tells me the original 5.00 cc's was a typo and I really must have only had the 2 cc's he took out before the new fill. I am very concerned and actually scared about how I feel. I was wondering if it will loosen up a bit after a day or two? I can not get back into to see him for a week and a half!

I'm not a doctor (nor do I play one on TV...lol), but it sounds like you have a problem. You really need to call your doctor or at the very least call and talk to his nurse. If you are in that much discomfort you might need some help. I am getting a bypass so I don't know what is normal and what is not for a lap band.
