Is it a scarey nervous or an excited nervous? My surgery isn't until the 21st and I wonder how I will feel when it gets that close. You will do just fine. Just focus on the good and you will be fine. Sandi

Interesting. My surgery was this past Tuesday and I was nervous until two days before. Then it was just very calm and in the moment. I'm a bit sore today (Friday, 3 days after) but haven't had any problems! One thing I did was ask my friends to pray or send positive thoughts about me. The calmness set in after that. I'm doing the same for you now! D.

I think what I"m feeling is more of an excited nervousness . One minute I'm anxious and the next minute I'm calm and feeling ok. Today I feel calm and at peace. I suppose all of these different feelings are normal. Especially this close to the big day. Thankyou all for your encouragement support and prayers. God Bless You.

Good Luck Maria....I'm sure you will do just fine!! I am waiting on approval from insurance, and then hopefully can schedule my date. My thoughts and prayers are with you. This is certainly a huge decision, but certainly a rewarding one, in many ways....keep your chin up. Write back when you can.

I've got the same feelings exactly! It's an excited nervous, my knees are knocking too. Then I can just be totally calm and normal. But 5 minutes later I'm so nervous again. Mine is on the 14th. I am soooo excited. Good luck to you.
