A bill recently introduced in Mississippi's state legislature would bar restaurants from serving people determined to be obese. House Bill 282 aims to require dining establishments with seating capacity of five or more to follow guidelines set by the state's health department to determine a prospective customer's obesity, turning away those considered too fat to serve.

dont people know that when you see fat people at a restraunt they must have good food, with this law they might end up loseing in the long run. all i think it is is discrimanation aganist overweight people. it's nothing but a bunch of bs you ask me
