I was hoping for a date in January, but it has now slipped into February. My insurance was turned in but it was denied because I haven't had a complete physical in the last 6 months. I had it done on Friday so now I am waiting for the insurance company to process it. Otherwise, everything has gone smoothly. I have been so anxious to have this after I made the decision to do it. I hope I get a date soon.
