Hi everyone- I'm a lapbander who is approaching her 4 month anniverary and this week I finally hit 198.4 lb on Wed and then 196 on Thurs- 1st time in 14 yrs that I have weighed less than 200 lbs! OMG- it feels great!!! I'm down 39 lbs since surgery and 50 lbs total. This is my first post on the Feb boards and I definitely plan to come back! Have a great weekend everyone Sheila.

Hi Everyone! You are all doing GREAT! I had my RNY 2/20/07 @ 235 As of Today (6/15) I am down 60 (175lbs - havent seen that number in YEARS) Goal Weight is 145 so I have 30 more till goal (if I reach that by October 1 I am going to go for 135! I agree with the protien. Also Support I joined a new group last night and it was great it is more convient for me than my suregons group so I will e more successiful at attending it. Also planning Meals!!

Hi that is great! Congratulations and keep up the GREAT work! I will be 4 months on the 21st, so i have just over a week to go and I am down 70 lbs.. its great to know i'm right in line with many others who had surgery at similar times... i find that now that i am working out .. things are starting to move along a little better... it took my body a little to get used to and I still have to remind myself that muscle weights more than fat! lol...

i was four months on the first and am down 81 lbs, went to the doc today and bmi went from 44 to 29 I am no longer obese!!!!yipeeeeeee

WOW!!! What an accomplishment! My 4 mo. anniversary is the 22nd and to date I have lost 45 lbs. You have certainly outdone me. Congratulations and keep up that weight loss. Hugs, Connie M.
