Topic: WOW Moment!!
OK...I went shopping for a "Mother of the Bride" dress, even though I'm not sure what size I'll be in 6 weeks. At Dillards, I asked the salesperson where their formals were and she asked..."for you?" I said Yes and her reply........they are across the aisle--these sizes are for larger women. It didn't hit me until a few minutes later but WOW...did I feel great! My daughter just started laughing at me because I couldn't stop smiling. And the dress?? It looks (and fits) great as a size 14. Yes, I kept the receipt just in case I drop another size between now and the wedding.

WOW....127 lbs! Good for you. I've started taking Biotin and will try to increase my protein to see if that will help with my hair loss.

Hello Everyone, I had my surgery Feb 10...I have lost 127lbs...along with my hair. It was past my shoulders, but it started to come out in clumps almost...so along with my dmv , I take one in the morning and one at night and I take a hair vit in the middle of the day. Right now I sport a short hair cut..it easy I can put lotta body in it at night and it's wavy in the morning. I 'm not too bumbed about it cause i know it will come back, I just wash and condition, keep it from getting dry, get my protein in ..along with water.

My 6 month was Monday, and as of today I'm 174.4...that's a loss of 100.2 lbs! I'm so amazed. I'm a "medium" sized person now (M shirts, 12 pants)! I really need to get some pics on here, Lord know I have them on the camera, it's just a matter of taking the time to put them on here. I'm still going to the gym 5 days a week, and I'm definately eating more than I was at the beginning, so I'm feeling good! Rae

Topic: RE: weight scales use them or lose them??
I have a digital scale and use it everyday. The trick is to not let it run your moods, but to use it as a tool. I use it to be sure I am doing all the right things and with experimenting with foods it helps me figure out what works and what doesn't. Tammy
