Topic: Date changed to Valentines Day

Well mny Feb 7th date was pushed back to Feb 14th. Its good though as I now have the doc i wanted to begin with. I have a stress test this Fri and Monday and im sweating that a bit. I hope all is well and theres no change to the date. Im SO ready.

I did the same thing cut out sugar....and I also did the weigh****chers points. ( since I have tried that so many times in the past i remembered how to do the points system) That worked for me i lost 5.2 lbs the week. My surgery is next week so I wanted to try to loose as much weight as possible Steph

I cut out the sugar and dropped 10 lbs quick. I think slimfast has a lot of sugar. You might want to check that out. I replaced slimfast with a protein powder with no sugar added. This was with very little exercise so no more time just a little change in the foods I was eating. jennifer

Good News about the lap!!! You will recvover and start your losing journey so much easier. I thought I was doing pretty good until I started to make plans for someone to take care of my daughters while I am in the hospital(3yo and 9mo ) I just started to cry. I am trying to be confident but I am well aware of the risks. Be Strong and Best of Luck, Jennifer
