they shouldn't reschedule you, but i wonder what they do to put in the catheter. i was so worried i was still going to be on mine, but it just finished up yesterday. i know that a lot of people said that they got theirs a day or two after surgery because of something having to do with hormones and anesthesia or something?
good luck tomorrow, i'll be seeing you on the losing side!

Topic: RE: Surgery on the 12th & cheating on liquid diet
The two week liquid diet is really important...Your surgeon wouldn't have told you to do it - if it wasn't. Before surgery I would completely agree with you about this statement "if i could go 2 weeks on a liquid diet I wouldn't need this surgery..." but in the long run this is about making healthy changes in our eating habits.. We all struggle (even as a post op; I am right now actually)- just be careful!!
More than likely this is to shrink your liver.. Plus you will lose a few pounds before surgery. If you absolutely feel like you're going to be ill from not eating, I would eat something like Tuna or a protein shake. It seems some people have to do that optifast diet before.
I, like you had, to do two weeks and It was rough. I lost 21lbs though.. So I can't complain too much.
Good Luck on your surgery

menstration. I couldn't have guessed because I have PCOS and only bleed about twice a year.
They aren't going to reschedule me because of a period are they?
