they shouldn't reschedule you, but i wonder what they do to put in the catheter. i was so worried i was still going to be on mine, but it just finished up yesterday. i know that a lot of people said that they got theirs a day or two after surgery because of something having to do with hormones and anesthesia or something? good luck tomorrow, i'll be seeing you on the losing side! The two week liquid diet is really important...Your surgeon wouldn't have told you to do it - if it wasn't. Before surgery I would completely agree with you about this statement "if i could go 2 weeks on a liquid diet I wouldn't need this surgery..." but in the long run this is about making healthy changes in our eating habits.. We all struggle (even as a post op; I am right now actually)- just be careful!! More than likely this is to shrink your liver.. Plus you will lose a few pounds before surgery. If you absolutely feel like you're going to be ill from not eating, I would eat something like Tuna or a protein shake. It seems some people have to do that optifast diet before. I, like you had, to do two weeks and It was rough. I lost 21lbs though.. So I can't complain too much. Good Luck on your surgery Katrina

menstration. I couldn't have guessed because I have PCOS and only bleed about twice a year. They aren't going to reschedule me because of a period are they?
