WOW.... Its been a while since my last post.I had surgery on 2/6/07 and i weighed in at 343 lbs.I'm now 9 months out and i ahve lost 119lbs.Down to 224lbs and counting.I feel great it was the best thing that could have happened to me.God bless 2 all

Congratulations!!!!! What a wonderful accomplishment. I agree, it's the best thing I ever did for myself, also. Keep up the good work!!!
