I feel great. Hi wt. 265 Wt now 174. I only lost 1 pound in the past couple weeks, but I had my period in there, TONS of un needed stress, and no exercise. I started work last week, so I am hoping to get on a routine that includes some exercise. I joined a gym out here (I just moved 6 weeks ago) so there is no excuse, except to go! I have to work it in. I have to buy a new seat for my bike, but I have no money. Now that I started working, I plan on taking 30. out and getting the new bike seat. My work is across the street, so I walk there. (Not much but its SOMETHING!!!) I will take nightly walks in the neighborhood with the kids. But going to the guy has GOT to become part of my routine. I can only squeeze into 18 jeans, but I have a relly big belly flap that keeps me from getting into smaller sizes. it really ticks me off , but oh well. I'm only 5'3", so that doesn't help that im so short. Well, Im going to cross post this . Hope you are all well. I can't wait to be in the century club, (Only 9 pounds to go). ((hugs)) Randi

Yeaaa for you. I know we wish the weight could be gone over night. I know I did. I had surgery on 2-7-7, started at 260, and am down to 170. Somedays a few pounds less. Thats 90 pounds. I was wearing size 24-26 pants, and now yesterday I put on a size 14. I had to grab my heart, I could hardly believe it. I have a tummy too. I know I will need plastic's, but I am going to try and do what I can myself first. Keep up the good work yall !!! Deb
