I joined ONEDERLAND TOO!

I went to the gym this weekend (Saturday) and weighed for the first time in a week or so (my scale is broken). I was shocked and THRILLED to see I was in ONDERLAND!! I was 203 last time I weighed and scaled in at 196 this weekend! Yippee!! Just wanted to share with you guys! Have a great week! Shelley J.

YAY ! CONGRATULATIONS!! Welcome to onderland.. ooo it is such a nice place.. I could just stay here forever! lol... Thanks for the words of encouragement... I too am glad i did this now instead of later! It has made an incredible difference in my life... I'm having a party friday and for the first time in like 8 years i feel comfortable enough to go in our hot tub with friends! I'm no longer scared of my bathing suit and other people, its an amazing feeling!
