Hey, ya'll... anyone else experiencing fatigue? I'm really struggling with it. I'm taking all my vitamins, b12, a b-complex, calcium... all that good stuff... with the protein. Is there anything ya'll can recommend that'll help?

Hi Michelle! We had surgery the same day..how cool! Anyways, I find that I have tons of energy in the morning and then by 3 pm I'm dragging! I take all my vitamins and stuff too so I think that it goes back to our bodies are still in the healing process. I'm hoping that I get some energy soon because I go back to work Monday and I work 3:30 to midnight. I'll be dead tired before I even start! Chris

OK sunshine, welcome to the losing weight part. We all will either go through or went thru the "I am so tired, I want to die" phase. This will pass as will all the other phases to come. I wish there was something magical to say, but there is no pill, vitamin or cure. Remember that you body is adjusting, when it's tired, sleep. The tired will go away when the phase is over. I think the next phase will happen in a few weeks so don't despair. It does get better, the weight comes off and you will be a thin person too. You have crossed to the other side, congrats and keep up the good work.

Hi Michelle, As long as ou are getting all your protein and drinking all your water, it may just be adjustment by your body. If you are unsure, call your nurse and get checked. Tammy
