Help- I am 7 weeks post op and at least twice a week for the last three weeks I have been experiencing tingling and numbness in my hands. What could I be lacking?
Hmmm, I think I would probably contact your Doc or NUT so they can tell you right off hand what to do instead of speculating. There are a few reasons why your hands could be tingling and it may not be just a nutritional need. Good luck
Betty do call your primary or surgeon. This sounds like lack of circulation or a blood prssure issue. Do at least call and request the dr. calls you back when he is out of office hrs.
