6 days post-op and finally a BM

wish I could pass gas!! The only time I do is when I have a BM (full liquid diahrea). I guess I'm lucky that I've had one each day since surgery. No enema but a full bottle of citrate of magnesium prior to surgery. My "stomache" gurgles everytime a take a sip of water! Is that normal? I'm still on clear liquids (SF jello and clear broth only****il Monday at least.

I had my bm on the third day, but the next one was wattery... i guess that is becuase i have only been on liquids...had my surgery here in Frankfut, Germany on 2/28...only feeling muscle pain really, anyone else feel muscle pain? down 2 kilos so far! all the best to everyone...happy healing!
