Hi all. for any post op in the full liquid stage who is having trouble with wanting regular foods that your family is having, this is helping me. Whatever it is, I chew it and get all the flavor out, then I spit it out. It helps alot. I've tried blending regualr food in the blender to turn it into a liquid, it is not the same at all as having it whole. I'll stick with my few things I am enjoying........homemade broth, sf jello, sf puddings, sf italian ice, and a few other things. It is so worth it. I am 12 days out and 24 lbs down !! stay well, Cissy

Keep up the good work Cissy!!! Just make sure you don't accidentally swallow a chunk! Awesome weight loss .... I'm 12 days out too and down 20#'s from day of surgery. Down 36 if you consider the 16 I gained in water retention!!!! Take care! Jillybean

Just be careful- Chewing and spitting is considered an eating disorder. You don't need to be trading one food issue with another!
