WOW moment

I went to my family PH today. The last time I was there was Jan. 3rd on that day I weighed 303 pounds. Today I weighed in at 287. Yes that is right a weight loss of 17 pounds. I could not believe it. I weighed 297 the day of my surgery. So I've lost 10 pouinds in one week. That just about knocked me over. Then my head grew so big I gained the 17 pounds back. Sorry for bragging Ijust couldn't believe that I did that and I had to share. Until my next WOW moment! Charlotte

That's GREAT congrats on your wow moment. I go for my follow up with my surgeons office on feb 26. so I'll be feeling the same way you do about that WOW moment. Stephanie

Congrats, Charlotte, that's great! I'm down 24 lbs total, 9 of that since surgery, so you're ahead of me! I'm sorry I missed you at the clinic yesterday. After getting the staples out (OUCH!), I was just wanting to get home as fast as possible. If I would've felt better, I would've waited for you. I'm so happy that we're doing so well! Rae
