HELP ME!!!

Hello everyone... I need some pointers. I kind of have been eating crappy lately and I can't do this to myself. Has anyone ever been through this? And what did u do to get back on track if you did? Also, I have hit a dry spot in my weight loss. Im down 107 lbs in 7 months and I havent lost over 2 lbs in 3 weeks... is there anything I can do to break the cycle? I just need some help... words of encouragment... something...

I can not wait until I can say I'm down 107lbs! That is amazing. If you can do that then you can do anything. I've always heard that when you want to lose and not just maintain you need to do some walking or bike riding. Congrats on your amazing progress!

Emily I've heard over and over that you need to increase your protien, water, and exercise. Just go back to the basics. And do pat yourself on the back while your at it.

Sometimes when you get in a rut, your eating habits have actually gotten in a rut. Eat something different and avoid some of your most commonly eaten foods for a week. Throw exercise into the mix and you will hopefully get past this lull and get back to the downward slope. You have done great to lose 107 pounds in 7 months. We should all be so lucky.
