HELP ME!!!
Hello everyone...
I need some pointers. I kind of have been eating crappy lately and I can't do this to myself. Has anyone ever been through this? And what did u do to get back on track if you did?
Also, I have hit a dry spot in my weight loss. Im down 107 lbs in 7 months and I havent lost over 2 lbs in 3 weeks... is there anything I can do to break the cycle? I just need some help... words of encouragment... something...
Sometimes when you get in a rut, your eating habits have actually gotten in a rut. Eat something different and avoid some of your most commonly eaten foods for a week. Throw exercise into the mix and you will hopefully get past this lull and get back to the downward slope. You have done great to lose 107 pounds in 7 months. We should all be so lucky. Congrats and don't give up!
