Hey guys just wanted to share...I actually jogged (alittle) yesterday evening. It's not easy with the boobage. I can't believe I did it anyway. It felt great. I felt so light and full of energy. I want to keep doing it but my partner :rolleyes: is really hard to motivate. I felt soo good and I wanted to share. Elisa

Aren't they great? I use this bodyshaper thing that I bought at JcPenny. It's a body suit basically with the bra and it clips down there

but it's really comfortable & flexable. I use it almost everyday, especially when I don't want my lumps to be so noticeable. I love it. I paid $50 for it. The one you mentioned I don't think would work for me because I find that they roll down...hmm wonder if that still would happen now that I'm thinner? Well anyway they're great and I feel soo tiny in it. Everytime I wear it I notice people start commenting about how much thinner I look etc. I'm wearing it tomorrow...

Doesn't it get you all teary eyed when you think about it. I think about how nervous I was and unsure if I would be so lucky as to not have complications. Gosh I can't believe it. Here I am...almost a size 14 and last year a size 26 (tight). Elisa

Topic: OMG! a Bodyshaper! I just have to share!

Even at goal, I still have huge body image problems. I know common sense tells me that being in a size 8 that I have to be on the small side. But all this extra tummy skin is bumming me out BIG TIME! On advice of a friend, I bought a bodyshaper by Hanes from Target for $18.99. It's basically a spandex type thing that goes from just below my breasts to my hips and holds all that extra skin in place. I put it on this morning and then got dressed. OMG! Was that me in the mirror? My tummy pouch was gone! I have a waist! My tummy is all nice and flat and I look AWESOME! You guys have got to try one of these! Go to Target and take it in the dressing room with you. Try it on under your clothes. One look in the mirror and you will pay it's weight in gold!

We had 37 participants this month. We've lost a total of 4538 pounds. About 122 pounds per person! At a rate of 2.44 pounds a week. WE'VE LOST 85% of our excess weight!

I forgot to write back. Thanks GG for forwarding it to me. You are looking amazing Rebecca! You really need to put that pic up as your board pic. You look so pretty & have such a healthy glow. Congrats on your success Rebecca. Keep up the great work & thank you for all your support too. I agree with you OH has introduced me to the most wonderful group of friends. I really feel like I know all of you guys in some way.

Thank you so much!!!! I was so surprised when I saw this posting. It is so nice to be thought of. I was remembering last year being in the hospital saying, I wish i could jump ahead a year and see what I look like, and hope that I'm healthy. Well, I made it, and I couldn't be happier. I've learned so much this year. This surgery was the best thing I've ever done. It gave me my life, and my health back, and a great group of friends. GG and Elisa, you've been there since the beginning. (Elisa did you get my pic from GG?)You know I love you both. This year wouldn't have been as successful as it has been without the support of everyone from the Feb. board. You're the best!!!!
