Hey all my Feb sisters. Well today is my big day! This has been the best decision I've ever made. I've also enjoyed reading your posts over the past year, I guess I lurk alot but I've kept up with all your progress and everyone is doing a great job. This time 1 year ago I weighed 469 pounds....today 275. I said in the beginning if I ever got to 265 I would be happy, so looks like I'm almost there. Thats 194 pounds in a year and 235 pounds gone since Oct 2005 when I first began my journey. I wish you all the best from here on out. Take care and god bless.
