So far one person, Monica is up for getting together and seems like there's going to be a gathering at starbucks but at 10am I probably wouldn't make it. Let me know what you think.

Hi Corinna
San Diego is about 2 hours away from Long Beach. Kinda far huh? Even a little further from Palm Springs.
It's going to be hot in Palm Springs...so bring your shorts! Do you like golf? I find it a little um...well you know boring. But I'm sure there will be other things to do...like go shopping!
Have fun! Take pictures.

Yeeeaaah, I think we are too nice.
My husband and I had these conversations b4 surgery about what we would do if we started to get attention from others and he'd be like...you'll tell 'em to F*** off right? And I'd say yeah I would but in a nice way... when I was really thinking, "I can't do that..." it's not in me to tell people to straight out f*** off? I'm not a ***** like that you know? Haha...so I try not to even start a conversation with anyone...if they say hi fine I'll smile but nothing else. I still need to learn how to better deal with this.
Thanks!

Topic: RE: is it MAY already? STATS
Congrats on your big day! I can't wait to see your results...might motivate me to seriously look into it. I'ma be thinking about you.
So anyway, maybe we should skip this month too cause I haven't really lost anything.
In case you are posting the weights...I'm at 174.6.
Thanks and best wishes to you on your upcoming surgery.

Well-you're so right!
I also think that women that have always had that attention no how to deal with it better. I am so not used to it, that I will be all nice and talk a lot, not even thinking that this person is interested in me, in...uh...that kind of way...I guess we need to be careful about guys getting the wrong idea.
See ya hottie!

Hello again, I already sent you my weight in response to your email but wanted to send you more good thoughts for your upcoming surgery. My thoughts and prayers are with you. If you get to it my weight is 111 pounds, you just keep thinking about a flat tummy and "perky" breasts, I'm sure everyone will understand if the stats aren't done. Again my good thoughts and prayers, Angela K.

Everyone sounds like they are doing great. Scott, I can't believe your weight loss is still so SOLID, wow to the DS, but good for you with your choices and all that.
I lost a little this past month, am down around 160ish. I have been eating poorly the past few weeks going back to my stress eating behavior - well, I should clarify, I'm making bad food choices and grazing a lot [I have NOT gone back to ED behavior!!]. I am working on cutting out the grazing and carb overload, but we know the WLS didn't do anything to old HABITS {/shucks!!}.
As of this minute [who knows, it feels so unreal, perhaps it will all change] I am scheduled for surgery on May 3rd. I will have my [giant] hernia repaired, my [ginormous] panni removed, and my [super saggy] boobs lifted. Well, that's kinda sorta the plan, I know for sure the hernia will be fixed, the rest is of course, GRAVY. I wanted to get to my goal weight of 155 by surgery, but neither my WLS or plastics guy thought it was necessary. I think that gave me a little licence to eat more, though, and I'm sure I could have done it if I had really tried, KWIM? I'm wearing a size 10 jeans I bought in February, that are now a bit too big, and an old pair of juniors 11s that fit well - I fit into the size 9 juniors jeans I tried on last week in the store. I can comfortably button my hubby's 31 waist jeans at my belly, even WITH the panni and hernia protruding - I've never been able to do that before, even when I DID weigh 155, so I guess it's true about the weight being distributed differently now. I fit into all my medium/small shirts from before baby too. I won't try or buy another pair of pants until well after surgery, I can't imagine I'll be that much smaller [my legs and butt aren't going anywhere, right?] but time will tell. I have always had a thick waist, even when I was 110 pounds and a size 5 it was 28 or so, meh, I'm rambling, is it obvious I'm weirded out by all of this?
ANYway. Congratulations to all of us and I hope I live to tell the stories of my future flat tummy and perky boobage.
Love, xosm
