Hello to all, Nice to hear from people. I haven't been posting as much. Some things in life have got me down that have nothing to do with weight loss, so I've been kinda blah. Oh well. In time change will come and things will be better. Anyone know where i can exchange my job for the winning lotto numbers & my husband for a lawnmower? Gosh :D

Hi there! Thanks for getting us motivated to post. I, too, am guilty of just lurking but not posting. Things have been extremely busy for me with work and school plus kids and husband. I am down to 171 lbs. and keeping steady around there. I would like to lose about 10-15 more but at this point, it is very hard for me to find the energy to exercise. I am beginning to look at PS and probably would lose about 10-15 lbs if I got rid of this extra skin. Maybe early next year. Who knows? Well, I'm glad ya'll are doing well. Loretta

I'm always around checking in. I'll be doing the August STAT chart, so don't (let me)forget! I have not lost this month, maintaining just a few pounds below my initial goal, size 6-8, without exercise and with pretty much eating whatever I want. I would still like to try and lose another 10-20 pounds, but right now I'm just not ready to put the effort in. I don't know why I can't bring myself to exercise, I want to, and I know I would look so much better toned, but I just don't do it. Meh, that's what therapy is for, I guess. I started back to work a couple of weeks ago and have already been promoted [ha ha, glorified cashier, not a big leap;)]. I am in a different store than I was in the winter and I like the people here so much better. I'm still madly in love with my husband and little family. I'm having tons of fun with my four year old, going to the beach, the zoo, Cyclone's baseball, concerts in the park, all that cool {hot hot hot} summer stuff. I feel lucky that I can enjoy all these things at a level I couldn't before. Now, if I can just get caught up on bills my life would be perfect, but who cares about money when you have love, right?

well thanks, congrats to you too! We've all done so amazing...my reg doc asked me if I was still happy with my decision. I said without a doubt the best thing I have ever done.
