I agree i too get alot of information. I try to mix and match what i think is right. but who am i lol. I DO NOT under any cir****tance eat BREAD or RICE! They were my weakness and i just dont do it. I do eat potato's and right now on a kick of sweet potato's. I have cut out pasta cause i think i was out of control with it. I eat my protien first and i try to get in veggies and fruits. Sometimes i think i can eat a whole lot then the next thingi know i cant eat anything. and certain foods fill me up fast like the protien special K i can only eat a lil bi of that and i am stuffed. I do eat snacks if i get to the point were i am starvign i will eat to fast then throw up and i hate that so i do not get to that point. i think for me i am doing what i can and trying to gather information and make it all work for me i think everyone is differant. I have a friend (i do not sujest this and will never get to this point) but she eats snack food all day long 4 years out never gained back and eats like a horse then i had one friend who drank so much and gained all her weight back. so i try to listen and learn we all have dif bodies and we all will lose and keep it off differantly. I think if we just follow the basic rules. 1. protien first 2. drink drink drink WATER 3. watch grazing and $ exercise we will do the best we can! good luck! OH YEA I DO!!!! When i lost the first 50 pounds I got My Return to Tiffany set (my friend got it for me though THANK YOU RENEE) and then at 75 i got a pair of abercrombie jeans all i ever wanted was to wear them ...fun thing was 2 weeks later they were to big lol so i had to go get another pair since then i have gotten 5 pair lol hahaha. I love doing for me now i feel liek i deserve it. J 271/183/143

Jenn, Im almost 7 months out and i have only lost 87 pounds. YOUR DOING GREAT!!! I think at this point we all slow down and we have to jut be patient. I can not speak for everyone but I know it can be frustrating when we lost so much at first but keep doing what you are doing and you will see in the next 5 months to the year mark you will notice alot more. i have many frined who are many years out and they say just keep doing what your doing it jus comes off slower now. Look at us all "turning normal!" Congrats on the results... Being normal is feeling pretty good lately. I just had my visit yesterday and was told that I was "normal" too and am also at about 80 from my highest ! I am sooooo proud of us!! Congrats !! -Terri

Thanks Elisa, I think I have struggled with a routine...so I quit trying to do a routine. I have so many different exercise videos, dvd's and we have weight benches here at home and an exercise bike and an ab machine....I mix it up as much as I can and have just found that I love riding my bike. I start and stop to but I feel so much better if I do something in the morning and then go to work...it seems like I have a better day and have more stamina. What amazes me is that I used to be so tired all of the time...now I have the energy. It just reiterates how ill I was. I struggle with my scale...I'm not seeing it move very fast these days but then I have to stop and think my body is probably trying to catch up with me. I'm smiling about the bat wings too...think we should start our own angel wing club huh? Have a great day! Off to get a protein drink....be encouraged!

Thanks Sandy, The bike seat used to hurt my bumm too. We bought some cushiony seats and I have re-adjusted myself on them when I ride...so this time it didn't hurt. With less cushion back there, I had to have my husband raise the seat a couple of inches. When the bike fits you better, it's not so bad. I'll see if I can work up to that extra mile....it would be great.

I honestly dont recall how to get your face next to your name!! I think I went to the main message board and then sent an email to one of the "helper" OH people requestiing to add my face. That was awhile ago though. i think you can upload it yourself now. The problem is getting it small enough. I think its 100x100. Like I said go to the FAQ and they break it down for you!
