The other day on the TV they were talking about everyone thinking that taking fiber helps with constipation. WRONG.... Sometimes more fiber is actually binding and not a good thing.
I have found "great relief" from Magnesium Citrate. You can get it at any drug store and it has been the one real thing that I have found that helps. I use a dixie cup for the first dose and if within a few hours it isn't enough, I take another dose. Usually getting 3 doses from a bottle. It is a staple in my fridge... It doesn't taste great but it does work ! (Make sure that you take it long enough that you are totally cleaned out...) I haven't ever gotten cramps or any of the other "normal" side effects so... Good luck...

There is a new study out about women and how they feel about their asses!
I thought the results were pretty interesting:
25% of women think their ass is too fat...
10% of women think their ass is too skinny...
The other 65% say that they don't care; they love him, he's a good man, and they would have married him anyway.
Topic: Cream Cheese squares
I made these tonight but I sub. Splenda for the sugar. They are RAWKIN!!! DH and the kids love em and they have no idea they are sugar free!! I actually used like a cup and a half of the Splenda instead of the 2 cups sugar, but that can be up to each baker.
They are very rich, but one tiny bite and I was totally satisfied!! I HATE when I get no dessert.........these make me feel included!! Try em you will like em!!!!
3 cans crescent rolls
3 - 8ox pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 cups sugar, divided
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter , melted (I barely used a 1/4 stick cause I melted and brushed instead of poured)
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
In a small bowl, melt the butter. In another bowl mix remaining sugar and the cinnamon together.
Line the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan with 1 can of crescent rolls. Cover the bottom completely and press any open seams together. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the rolls. Top with the second can of crescent rolls. ( For this layer, you may want to flatten them before you lay on top of CC layer) Pour half of the melted butter on the crescent rolls and then sprinkle half of the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the top.
Spread remaining CC mixture on top of that.Add the last can of Crescent rolls and top with remaining butter and sugar mixture.
Place in oven and bake 40-50 minutes. Let cool to firm before serving. Serve at room temp or chilled. Keep refrigerated.
