Thanks Ladies!! I knew I could get some support if I just asked. I love this board... And yes, Sharee, I will return the sense knocking to you if you need it but it sounds like you'll have everything under control. I'm off to eat my egg and yogurt now.

You asked for help...... You don't have to kick the carb thing. You just have to know when to stop! I'm sure you are tired of being on that plateau thing so, you're gonna have to get moving some more or give up something for a little while. Everybody falls off the wagon sometime. But, you know what? You can pick yourself up and climb back on. Don't give up and keep trying. You're going to slip up every now and then. Just put a picture of your old self on those Trader Joes and I bet you will put them right back down!!! lol That's what I'm going to do when I have surgery. I'm going to post one of my fat pictures on everything I'm not supposed to eat. And a skinny one on stuff I should be eating... LOL Maybe one of each on the fridge to remind me of how far I have come to go back. I'm like you too, when you say get rid of that kind of stuff. I have already told my daughter, she's 13 and always conscience of her weight, that I am not buying all that junk anymore. So, she will have to go down to her mamaws house -- two doors down, and get that stuff....LOL Or, her and my husband can go down there to eat EVERY night.... LOL I don't care, just keep it away from me until I feel I can handle it. Which may be never, but I will be in control. And, you are in control too!!! So, keep you hands off!!! lol Don't make me come down there!!! LOL You can be strong -- look how strong you were in the beginning!! You can do it!! No excuses!! Buckle Up!! Get a grip!! lol Whack! You want to change your pic on your profile, or the avatar pic?? The profile pic is easy to change. Log into your account up on the upper right of the screen. Once logged in just go to where it says upload pictures or something of that nature. Go there and you will see where you put the original picture. Yu can put the new picture link or upload it there. The avatar pic, you need to go to the main message board and over on the far left there is a place for user settings. I am going by memory so this might not be perfect! Once in user settings go to avatar choice. The hard part here is you need a pic that is 100 x 100 and no bigger. Follow the screen prompts and after you upload the new pic, hit refresh and your new avatar should show up shortly afterwards. Like I said, I typed these out by memory so if Im wrong, well im sorry!! I tried anyway right?? Good luck!

Ok, I know this has been asked a thousand times.....but how do I go in and change my pre-op photo that you all see? It does sooooooooooo not even look like me anymore! (thank God!). Thanks for the assistance! Kristin
