Jennifer, if you are forgetting to eat maybe doing what Terri suggested would be helpful to you. I know I don't forget. I eat my (sometimes) breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. I also feel like I eat too much but then I thought about it and maybe it just seems so much more compared to the 2oz we started eating early on. I eat and stop when I feel the slightest feeling of fullness.
As far as the craving for junk. I have had major ones. I have also given into them but this is what happens. I end up buying whatever looks good at the moment then take it home and put it away somewhere out of sight and I end up forgetting completely about it. Like the other day I bought this sugar-free chocolate bar and I put it up in the one of the kitchen cabinets. I know its there but for some reason don't crave it as bad as I did when I bought it. It'll probably sit there for a while (I hope). So yeah, I buy the stuff but end up not eating it once I bring it home, it's strange how I can do that? But yeah a little of something is not bad I think, Moderation is the key.

I've never weighed myself but at the Dr.s office.
Good thing too because I'm a slow loser and it would drive me flippin nuts-o.
As for a size 8 *sigh*, ;) I feel like that's still so far away from me I can't even see it. You've done great so far, keep up the good work.

I forget to eat too, (never thought I'd ever say that)
But I find, when there's days I feel like I maybe ate too much, I really ate how i should. And I feel my body doing better, weight loss wise, when I eat more.
As for craving, Thank God I haven't had a hard time yet, I do go through cravings like, all I want is watermelon, or spinich, but my Dr. (not my WL surgeon) said it was my body telling me I needed whatever that food had in it, and since I wasn't over doing it, and it only lasts for a few days that it was fine, and to eat it as it wasn't something like Twinkies .
Except for watermelon, I ate watermelon every single day for like two months. Couldn't get enough.
The more we deprive ourselves the more we want something. I have been able to stay away from refined sugar and breads completely. But if there should come a time when I'm craving something like that, my plan is to walk away, literaly(sp), walk 15 minutes on my treadmil or around the block, and if that still doesn't do it, then my back up plan is to drink a large glass of water, and take two bites of whatever it is, but take it along with protein. And to savor those two bites.
Good luck to you, it's hard but we can do it. Hang in there, drink even more water and move, I love walking.

I have an alarm on my watch that goes off to remind me to eat. Otherwise, I wouldn't most of the time. I've been getting creative and trying new things. I was tired of eating the same old thing all the time. And, it was so bland!!!
Try eating half of a lean cuisine. They are tasty. Or, each a small lunchable. As to the cravings, the old demons are coming back here too! I've been good so far. I've found if I drink a big old glass of water it helps. I've also found it helps if I just don't buy the stuff. My husband doesn't need junk either. If it ain't in the house, I won't eat it.
Good luck!
