I do the same thing EVERY month for the last few months. I play with the same 2-3 pounds for 2-3 weeks, then BAMM, I loose 5 lbs. My surgeon says that's normal and not to worry.

I gotcha beat by a month, I was at a stall for two months About once a week I'd have a melt down, but I still feel better, I know I'm not blowing it, and I know my body has been through a LOT. We are ok, after this stall we should see some weight drop, just hang in there, keep doing a good job, make sure to get in your protein, water vitamins and exercize and you'll see a loss soon

we are just at that 6 month stall.. You are like me. I've been the same weight for the past month. Not really worried yet. I'll give it some time.

Topic: No weight loss

I dont think I am losing weight anymore. I cant figure out what is wrong. I am exercising and still watching what I eat. I dont think I have lost anything for about a month. I just keep bouncing the same two or three pds back and forth. Has anyone else stopped losing.

I'm not sure when I'll find out. I think they'll let us know "soon", whatever that means! I've never done anything like this before, only because I didn't have the courage to do it. I've been getting onstage in coffeehouses lately, though, so I thought maybe I could try out for singing the National Anthem. I had a blast! Jen
