No, I am actually weighing 179.5 to 180.5 since August 13th. It has not gone below 179.5... What is your thought on this? Thanks, Virginia

Hi there! I had a breast reduction pre-op I was around the 190's when I had it. I had about 5-6 pounds taken out, I was HUGE my whole life. It was a breeze-the same night I ate a carne asada burrito. Now I am about 143-148 on a doctors scale and 5'5 I barely have any boobs at all. I went from HUGE to hardly anything. But I LOVE IT... my hubbie misses them though...lol...it is VERY FREEING getting rid of that extra flesh in the boob area. Having your hubbies support is important though...

Hello...no you can go as long as 3 months...but what is your total weight lost so far? I show you started at 215lbs and down to 189lbs...or have you lost more?

I know that this question gets old, but I have NOT lost weight since August 13th. Yes.... and it is driving me crazy, I don't even want to get on this site because everyone is loosong except me!!! YES, I have looked at everything that I am eating, I even went back to the basics. Protein, protein, and more protein. I just want ti know if any one else has had this long of a pleatu. Or am I done?
