What a can of worms you've opened! Every person/doctor/NUT will have a different answer. It's all a matter of what's going in compared to what's going out.
Personally, I have around 110-130 g protein each day with trying for 1400+ calories. I have a hard time getting the calories in. I usually get at least 100 g protein each day. Yesterday, I had 130g!!!! WOOHOO!

I try to have at LEAST 70 grams of protein. I don't really monitor the carbs... I use Fitday but never really monitor the carbs persae. Calories... I average about 1200. I have had about a month though where I was eating like a wild woman. Although I didn't gain anything, I didn't lose either... Looks like you are doing a great job though from your loss so keep doing what you have been !
