She ate whatever she wanted... All day long... A bite of this and a nibble of this but alllll day long. She became the queen of graze. So that is the one thing that you need to not let happen... I myself saw how easy it is to just do the grazing thing... That is why you need to develop the mindset of 3 major meals and then whatever you wanna call them, the supplemental meals, snacks or whatever... BUT WE ALL HAVE TO NOT LET GRAZING TAKE OVER ! It isn't easy, but we can do it !

Julie...are ya that worried? I was too but now I'm feeling a little at ease. Girl, I'm sure you're going to be A-OK! As long as you are keeping away from the soda, cause I hear that people are likely to gain it back once you start drinking again...and alcoholic beverages have also been the culprit for weight gain. Do drink a lot? I haven't really had much to drink...I think the last time was like in August? You are doing great miss thang!!! Elisa
