1. My surgeon said I could do any exercise....but the first 4 wks I could only walk 2. I'm not exercising now 3. I haven't exercised in a couple of weeks 4. I was walking and I did TaeBo I haven't been eating enough in the past few weeks so my energy level is really low but now I'm starting to feel better so back to exercise tomorrow Sylvia

What are your surgeon's recommendations regarding exercise? DO IT! lol He wants us to walk as much as poss. at least 30 mins a day. I can now lift weights, but I haven't started yet. Are you exercising? YES! How often? I walk atleast 4 or 5 days a week for atleast 1 hr What are you doing? Walk Feel free to add your own! xosm

I was walking daily and will have to do something daily so I get into the habit of doing it, whatever it is ! What are you doing? I am alot more active. Was doing lawn work all day long Saturday instead of just for a few hours like I would have done in the past. I park farther away and at different doors if I go to the mall so I can get some extra walking in.

Are you exercising? Yes How often? 2-7 times a week. What are you doing? I walk/jog on treadmill for 30 minutes then I do 10minutes on the elyptical machine. I do weights for arms,abs and legs then I go tanning!!! I have a better day when I start off with exercise in the morning!
