2lb GAIN-2 months out?
Hi Everyone! I am worried ...I am 2 months out and I weigh myself every Monday. For the last two months I have been doing pretty good--except this week. When I weighed on Monday I discovered I gained a pound-a pound I thought was gone for good !! So, I thought...well maybe I'll weigh myself Tuesday...and I did--guess what? I gained another pound!! I've gained 2 pounds back and I'm so upset :-@. Is this normal? What reason could there be for this gain?
I have as much protein as I can--although some days I'm short.
I drink as much water as I remember to drink--I forget to drink more but I drink at least 30oz a day.
I started an exercise routine and workout 4 days a week.
I take all my vits as directed. So what gives? Any help is greatly appreciated.
