3 month checkup!

Hello everyone I went for my 3 month checkup and I weighed in at 252lbs! That is 49lbs!! WOOHOO!! I feel great! I just have to up my calcium! I hope everyone is doing good and keep u with your vitamins because they know if you are not taking them!! LOL Talk to you later Stephanie

Good job! I have my 3 month coming up soon. My surgery was 2-9-06. Can you believe it has already been 3 months? Each day seems to be getting better and better! I'm soooo grateful for this Feb. Forum! It helps me stay gounded. Thanks for letting us know how you are. Now I'm going to go take my calcium! Rebecca

Thanks everyone!! I appreciate the kind words!! I just wanted to let you know that I found some great tasting calcium chews and they are calcium citrate!! Citracal chews I have only found them at Walmart and let me tell you that the caramel ones are fabulous!!! I have 3 a day!!! they are 500mg!! I am hoping they get better flavors beside chocolate fudge or Lemon creme. Caramel is the best!! TRUST ME!!

Oooh Stephanie those are GOOD! I haven't tried the caramel (never was a big fan of caramel) but I have the chocolate mint and they are tasty. Elisa
