pain meds

Do any of you use anything other than tylenol for pain? I tripped yesterday and landed in the grass...but you know...today I woke up so sore...I was already a little sore from the weekends work around the yard. Now I'm really sore. It wasn't a graceful move at all....I was thankful I landed in the grass and not on the sidewalk. I didn't break anything thankfully but my shoulders and arms are sore cause I caught myself going down. Can I just say ouch? Of course there were people on the sidewalk to see me...a little humiliation humbles us all huh? Anyway, I decided to stay home and take it easy on myself today. Bought a new heat pad and a pack of thermo cares ...those are wonderful. Thanks for listening to me whine...you are the best.

You poor thing, I HATE falling. I fell a few on the sidewalk weeks ago and my knee still hurts, I wish I was GRACEFUL LOL. I still have leftover Tylenol with codeine that I can use in an emergency. I feel more worried about period cramps, Tylenol doesn't touch those for me. But, hey, if we can survive surgery, we can survive this, right? I hope you are feeling better! xosm

Thanks for your thoughts...the tylenol really didn't help much I got a heating pad and camped out on it for a long while today. Then I went to the chiropractor. He cracked me up. Smiles...my neck was really out this time and he popped me between the shoulders. Somehow I think I will feel better...you're right if we can survive that surgery, we're good to go on just about anything. Have a good one.
